Well after a couple weeks and a bit of a worry my Skat-Trak 12/17 3mm cutback, balanced and race finish impeller arrived!
I’m looking forward to the bottom end snap this new skat-trak impeller will give my yamaha superjet.
All the reviews I’ve read online about this impeller make me very excited to be installing it on my superjet
The current Solas J impeller I have has awesome mid. to high range but the bottom end is definitely lacking. The Solas J actually feels like it’s slipping in the low-end and then when the RPMS speed up to mid. range it hooks up and I’m out of there. I’m hoping this Skat-Trak will not feel so “Slippery” off the line and will make me hold on even tigther
Here’s a picture of my new skat trak impeller.
I hope to have time this weekend or next week to install the “ultimate freestyle impeller” from skat-trak
I’ll be doing an entire write-up on how to remove your old impeller and how to install the new one as well.
